Glendale Community Library wants to thank everyone for their attendance at our Summer Reading Program presentations. Glendale Community Library finishes the Summer Reading Program with Teen/Adult Tie Dye T-shirt program on Aug. 13 at 2 pm. Please contact the library to let us know your T-shirt size if you’d like to participate (541-832-2360-leave a message). We are still looking for volunteers for the library (and watering the city plants!). Open Hours: Wed 11-1 pm, Fri 12-3 pm, Sat 11-1 pm. Anyone interested in being part of a local Book Club? The CCVCA City Wide Yard Sale will be taking place on Saturday August 14th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The food booth will be open in Memorial Park. Maps will be available at Morningstar Coffee house, Glenway Superstore, Pacific Avenue Studio, and the Food Booth. Happy treasure hunting!!
Azalea Grange #786 will be set up at memorial park during the city-wide yard sale come by and say hello.
Thank You to all the volunteers that made the Fourth of July celebration such a success. It is greatly appreciated.
Worship in the Park will be on August 22nd at 10:30 AM with six local churches participating. Glendale Baptist Church, Olivet Community Church, Assembly of God, Azalea-Glen Christian Center, Azalea Community Church, and the Wolf Creek Alliance extend an invitation to the public to participate.
